It’s hot and when it gets hot here in Atlanta we need something to cool us off. What better way to get cool than to visit your local ice cream shop. Here in Covington, GA we have just the place for you its called Scoops. Scoops ice cream shop is located in downtown Covington on the square.
We discovered Scoops ice cream shop about 2 years ago although we have lived in Covington for over 4 years. We bring the kids downtown on one Sunday a month to enjoy some great ice cream right around this time of the year. They have cute yellow rocking chairs that you can sit in outside and watch the traffic go by.
Not only do they sell ice cream but they also sell lots and lots of sweet treats. Don’t believe me take a look.
This is a great place to bring the kids on a cool evening in the summer make sure you get yourself something to go too. They have different flavors of Ice cream that you can choose. If you are not a fan of Ice cream they do have yogurt also. If you are ever in the Covington area make sure you stop buy.
