Peach Drop @ Underground Atlanta
I’m torn whether to add this super famous celebration on the list. They do provide fun, family-friendly activities for children from noon-5pm. But the nature of the celebration tends to get out of hand as the night goes. My friend went there last year and witnessed some not-so-family-friendly fight. So take it as it is. Maybe stop by early to enjoy the festivity and head home for a nice warm celebration. 🙂
Beginning with children’s activities, Underground Atlanta will buzz with activities for the entire family! As 2011 nears, the main stage will light up with live performances and the 800 pound Peach will begin its decent just before the clock strikes midnight.
