Family Fun: Ultimate Kids Day @ Turner Field

Baseball is no doubt one of American’s favorite past time and fun family friendly activity. In Atlanta, watching the Braves at Turner Field is almost the right of passage for every kids. However, it can be a challenge for parents to bring their kids and entertain them the whole game. But we have found that Atlanta Braves has done a great job trying to make visiting the ball game as family friendly as possible.

This weekend the Atlanta Braves is hosting the Ultimate Kids Day to celebrate summer before schools start up. In addition to $5 tickets for fans 14 and under, all pitching and hitting games in Scout’s Alley and entry into the Braves Museum will be FREE.  Kids will also have the opportunity to participate in a pre-game parade around the field and run the bases after the game. Upper Box seats normally priced at $12, are available now for $5 at or the Turner Field Ticket Office for all children 14 and under.

Kids Activities include:

  • Participate in a pre-game parade around the field
  • Visit the Braves Museum for FREE
  • Play the interactive games in Scouts Alley for FREE
  • Celebrate Homer’s birthday with all his mascot friends and be sure to have a slice of Homer’s special birthday cake from Highland Bakery
  • Braves alumni Charlie O’Brien, Gaylord Perry, and Sid Bream will sign autographs at 11:30 in Fan Plaza
  • Kids Run the Bases after the game
