It’s that time of the year again. The time where adults can act out on their fantasy and be anyone they want. The time where kids get to stuff themselves sick with candies.. Here are a look at fun family-friendly Halloween events from Atlanta top attractions.
1) Boo at the Zoo
Come explore the magical path, test the sweet treat and meet whimsical characters during the spooktacular family-friendly Halloween festival at the Zoo. Guest who arrives with costume will get $10 off their annual membership fee. And you might also want to stay overnight and join the Boo at the Zoo Nightcrawlers event. However, this event is for kids ages 6 and older.

2) Goblins in the Garden
Dress your kids up in their favorite costumes and head to the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Enjoy a children’s costume parade, pony rides*, story time, the Ride-on-Train*, tricks, treats and more! (* additional fee) After all the fun, head out to the garden to explore the Scarecrows in the Garden that showcases dozens of scarecrows displayed throughout the Garden along with seasonal decorations.

If you are looking for a safe and kid-friendly event to bring your little one for their trick-or-treat event, then Imagine It! might be the answer. This annual sell-out event provide safe place for families with fun fall activities for kids. There will be crafts, prizes, games and fun surprises. Come in costume and join in our costume parade!

4) Georgia A-Scary-Um
Join the decked out Aquarium for a fun family-friendly Halloween 2 days events. There will be music, Trick-or-Treat candy stations
throughout the Aquarium, Halloween craft tables and costume contests for guests throughout the day!

5) Bugs, Bats & Bones
It wouldn’t be Halloween without Bugs, Bats & Bones. So come out to the Fernbank Museum to explore the fascinating and fun (but never frightening) facts behind bugs, bats and bones through hands-on activities. There are various activities scheduled throughout the day so check the website for more specific events. And there will be special treats for kids in costume!
